I liked everything about the class. Feels like a true yoga class compared to the ones that are taught at gyms here in US. Anu focuses on making it a well-rounded experience while enforcing mind-body connection. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a yoga class that is true to its roots.
The format of class was excellent, with punctual start time and good pace allowing people of all levels to participate. The class has improved my flexibility a lot. The teacher is very committed to give her best and push students to do their best without injuring themselves. Her personal touch, warm concern and passionate commitment to yoga is extremely motivating to students. She has excellent knowledge and has the skills to guide students through the poses step by step. She is an excellent instructor!!
I am very happy to be part of this class. I can see the passion and dedication you have for yoga. The best part is how meditation and inward focus is emphasized while practicing the poses. You explain every move clearly and demonstrate patiently. You acknowledge and personalize the experiences too. Thank you Anu for this wonderful experience.
Anu suggests variations appropriate to each person in the class. She explains the asanas well and focuses not just on flexibility, but also breathing techniques. I liked the meditation at the end of each class. I feel completely relaxed and calm, ready to take on the rest of the week.
I liked how you explained each step and had us practice on our own while you checked on us. That was very helpful since we can now do it by ourselves at our own time. Holding the poses was also very good. Although it was difficult to do it, it helped us notice our posture and fix any mistakes. In a way the class size is also very good, that way you can focus on individual needs. Thanks for a great yoga session. I’m looking forward to the next one - Aneetha
